Pleurotus ostreatus/Coprinus micacaeus/Coriolis versicolor





Date observed:-    February 16th 2002

Habitat:-          Ash log cut about 4 years previously

Location:-         Hendre Berfedd

Scale:-            

Comments:-         Coprinus and coriolis were present on this log in previous seasons

                   This is the first time pleurotus has appeared

                   I shall lay a few more similar logs close by and hopefully

                   get a few more oysters in years to come.
