Unidentified...please help

Habitat:-          The Big Tree (Elm) 

Location:-         Hendre Berfedd

Scale:-            Life size

Spore print:-      Medium brown

Description:-      Cap grey and conical and very silky at first becoming paler

                   and umbonate with some scaling especially towards centre

                   (not in all specimens) then changing to light brown and 

                   flat (striate at edge) and finally the edges becoming 

                   uplifted.Slightly brittle.

                   Gills free,white and almost translucent bruising brown.

                   Stem white not brittle

                   No ring or volva.

                   Growing on underside of dead elm singly and in pairs.
