Location:-         Hendre Berfedd 

Scale:-            x 1.25

Description:-      Thousands of small ant egg like structures on side and 

                   underside of wet rotting trunk.

                   Darkening from white through purple brown to black at the 

                   same time as extending on a short thin black stalk.

                   When squeeezed the egg like structure was found to contain

                   a mass of dark brown spores.
